This site is created by an idiot's thoughts on restaurants and distilleries and mybe even some random tours I visit them while traveling the US for both work and pleasure.

 

My goal is to promote small businesses when I can, and give light to restaurants and distilleries, both big and small around the US, to others who may be seeking information or looking for their next great stop while they travel.

 

My name is Adam, and I have been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years and a lover of craft spirits. My experiences allows me to give constructive critisism to these businesses in a way that, hopefully, will benefit you the reader, as well as the businesses themselves. My blog posts will be real, authentic, and will probably contain some humor as that is the spice of life in my opinion. I will be real in my reviews and hope to do the businesses justice.
